Pandit Dhruvdutt Vyas is the Rajguru- Rajjyotishi- Rajyopadhyaya of the Royal Family of Baroda – the Gaekwad Family (Maharaja of Baroda). He is the 4th generation, serving the Royal Family.
His great grandfather, Pandit Shivdutt Vyas,` was invited to Baroda in the year 1881 as an examiner for the `Shravanmas Dakshina Pariksha’ organized by the Baroda State. At that time
Pandit Shivdutt Vyas was the Rajguru of the State of Jodhpur. The then Maharaja of Baroda State, ‘Sir Sayajirao Gaekwad’, was highly impressed by his intelligence and profound knowledge. As a request, in 1882 Pandit Shivduttji accepted the post of the Rajguru of Baroda State. After him, in 1903 his son Pandit Laxmiduttji held the position of Rajguru-Rajjyotishi. After him, in 1942 his son Pandit Keshavduttji continued to grace this position.
Pandit Dhruvduttji Vyas has inherited the knowledge, ethics, and principles of Vastu, Jyotish and Tantra Shastra from his ancestors and is now continuing their tradition, after the sudden demise of his elder brother Pandit Devdutt Vyas; who was equally brilliant like his forefathers. Pandit Dhruvdutt Vyas (Guruji) is serving people by his highly intellectual knowledge of Jyotish and Tantra Vidya. He is the founder of ‘Shree Vishwakalyan Parivar Trust’, whose main objective is to spread Knowledge, show the right path of religion, make people aware of the realities of Jyotish, Tantra, Vastushastra and incorporate them in their day to day life.
Pandit Dhruvdutt Vyas has undertaken the enormous task of removing the ill-beliefs about Vastu, Tantra, Jyotishshastra etc. from the minds of the general public And for that, he has started a magazine(entitled) `Vishweshwary’, which deals with various subjects including Jyotish, Tantra, Karmkand, Numerology, Vastu etc. He has held exhibitions in UK and abroad, And is planning more with the support of well wishers.
